我們團隊成員主要有運動科學領域專家、運動營養師、肌力與體能教練,背景皆為食品與營養、運動訓練科學專長。

運動是一門藝術,吃更是一門學問,我們追求科學證據,給予科學系統化的訓練,並搭配個人化營養飲食來達到訓練與恢復雙贏,希望有效讓選手提升運動表現、使人民養成更健康的生活模式,活出更有品質的人生。

Our team members are mainly sports science specialists, sports dietitians, and strength & conditioning coaches, with food, nutrition, and sports training science background. 

Exercise is a kind of art, diet is another kind of wisdom. We dedicate in systemic training based on scientific evidence, combining with individualized nutrition in order to achieve the double win of training and recovery. Hope to enhance sports performance, to develop a healthier lifestyle, and to live in a more quality of life.
